Executive Committee Members
The role of the EC is as detailed in Clause 6 of the SPAA (Constitution of the SPAA EC). Its key functions include managing key aspects of the changecontrol process, developing budgets, appointing the Secretariat and considering and approving applications from potential New Parties. Its membership consists of the following representatives:

One Small Domestic Supplier Member
Two Large Transporter Members
One Small Transporter Member
EC members are elected annually by the Parties in relevant constituencies.

Alex Travell
Alex is an I&C Supplier member. Alex is a graduate in oil and gas exploration with over 10 years experience working in the energy industry. Initially he worked for a number of financial institutions in the City of London before working for Thames Water in the mid 1990's. Alex joined Eastern Natural Gas as competition in the downstream gas market expanded. He has since worked for TXU and now for E.ON in a variety of roles and is currently employed within the UK regulation team.
Joanna Ferguson
Joanna is a Large Transporter member.
Andrew Pearson
Andrew is a Large Domestic Supplier member. Andrew has worked in British Gas for over 30 years, most recently in metering and regulation.
John Stewart
John has worked in the energy supply industry since 1998, when he joined the electricity regulator focussing on policy issues (customer issues, renewable energy and transmission charging). He worked as a consultant specialising in regulatory affairs for an international energy consultancy before joining npower in 2004. He manages Npower's work on industry codes, both gas and electricity. Presently, he is an Alternate Member of the SPAA EC and sits on several other industry wide forums (MDB, SVG).
Martin Brandt
Martin has an in depth knowledge and gas industry experience gained over many years. His experience in both operational and industry governance will be invaluable. He also has a pragmatic and balanced view and a level headed approach in resolving issues and moving the industry forward.
Jenny Rawlinson
Jenny is a Small Transporter member.
